Alice: Where are the Akashic records stored? Where are they kept?

Phylos: In the Hall of Records in the Crystal City that you enter during meditation and when you are "sleeping". You have all seen it.

Alice: What is the Crystal City?

Phylos: A city made entirely of crystal: some clear, some cloudy, some white, some rosy pink. Every building is meant to store communication from the third dimension.

Crystals store frequencies that are much lower than they are by special dispensation of the Source. They are so close in vibration to the Light that they are not shattered by lower frequencies. They are able to hold their own frequency while entombing lower frequencies. That is why the rooms you see in the Hall of Records sometimes closely resemble rooms you have seen in other majestic buildings. They can encapsulate the rooms within their own vibration.

Alice: What dimension does the Hall of Records exist in?

Phylos: The fifth and sixth dimensions. The fifth dimension still allows negativity. The sixth dimension is the layer of the Christ Consciousness: there is no negativity. When the soul progresses to the point where it no longer retains negativity in its current dimension, then the records are transmuted to the sixth dimension. There the information is written in light. In the fifth dimension, it is written just the way you see it in the third: in physical form in a physical room.

You can also access your information in the sixth dimension where every in written in light.
