Straightening yourself is an “inside job.” No one else can do it for you. All help is well meaning, but only paves the way for more abuse and/or excuses to inflict abuse. You and you alone can decide what you need, how you need it, what is going to work for you.

All family members who have been affected by you need to step aside and let you find your own path.

Each one of you has the means to be whole and healthy and happy. No one else can do this for you. Each of you has the wherewithal to take every facet of your life , examine it, and look for its meaning. Everything you need is inside of you. Everything you pray for is given to you.

You and you alone can reach the part that resonates with, attaches to, and signifies the connection to God. You are each a little piece of God. You are each capable of rising to great heights. No one can do this “for” you. You and you alone have to find your way, your piece of the Divine within.

Bless yourself for trying so hard to help others. Find the way to your own Higher Self. That is all that is asked of you. That is all that you ask of your self.
